• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur charges.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking price.
• If our team arrives at the property and cannot gain access, the full service fee may still apply.

• Payments are due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

• The property should be safe and accessible for our cleaning staff.

• We take all reasonable care in providing our services. However, WhyWorryCleaningServices is not liable for:
  • Pre-existing damages or wear and tear.
  • Items not securely stored or fragile items not disclosed.
  • Minor scratches, scuffs, or wear due to normal cleaning practices.
• Our liability for proven damages is limited to the cost of the service provided. 

• If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours.
• We may return to re-clean the area at no extra cost, provided the complaint is valid.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Personal information collected is used solely for booking and providing services.
• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except where required by law.
